Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 August 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Ndisvault, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. The service

Ndisvault provides a compliance-preparation platform for NDIS providers. This includes a readiness dashboard, AI-assisted policy generation, document storage, expiry alerts, and a read-only auditor share link. We do not provide legal advice, and we do not guarantee that generated policies will satisfy an auditor or the NDIS Commission.

3. Accounts & security

  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your NDIS provider.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for unlawful purposes.

4. Plans, payments & refunds

  • Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
  • Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • One-time purchases (Single Policy, Audit Sprint) are non-refundable once the document has been generated or downloaded.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
  • All payments are processed by Whop. Their terms also apply at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Do not upload malicious files, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the AI generation engine outside the intended interface.
  • Do not share your auditor link publicly. Links are intended for a named auditor only.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the business information and documents you upload. Generated policies are provided to you for internal audit preparation. Ndisvault retains ownership of the platform, templates, AI models, and aggregated anonymised data used to improve the service.

7. Limitation of liability

Ndisvault is a preparation tool, not a government or legal service. We do not guarantee audit outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost registration, lost revenue, or auditor fees.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes must be brought in the courts of NSW. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder of these terms remains in full force.
